Truth is there many things we do not want to do.
Yet we got to do coz It is important. It could be exercising. It could be writing that first draft. It could be delivering a project on time.
Or it could be simply showing up somewhere which you may not like, but it is important.

Motivation and inspiration lasts while it lasts .
Real work is riding through those moments when we are demotivated.
That is when we actually need to tell ourselves that we got to do what we got to do and keep doing it.
